It’s a challenge to ensure that: (1) new hires get onboarded on the appropriate day and (2) employees get offboarded in a timely fashion as they depart your company. Additionally, it’s a burden on teams to have to manually trigger joiner and/or leaver workflows — no one wants to wait around to click a button at 5pm to ensure access has properly been revoked.
When you go to trigger an onboarding, you’ll be able to schedule it to run on the day that you want! Soon, we’ll be able to support the automated scheduling of onboardings & offboardings off of start/end date custom attributes in Lumos.
