In the times where you could only manually trigger onboardings and offboardings to run immediately in Lumos, it was difficult to see the status of all current joiner and mover workflows. The lack of visibility made it difficult to manage all employee change processes across the organization.
We’ve introduced a new view to see all scheduled, in-flight, and completed onboardings (and coming soon — offboardings!) across the organization. You can use these screens to re-schedule onboardings, cancel them, and view all your in-flight as well as completed onboardings. We’ll be looking to expand these capabilities in the coming quarters with more insight into the granular audit trail for al your joiner and mover workflows.
