The Problem

Many of your AppStore workflows may rely on advanced multi-step provisioning workflows, including steps such as:

• Adding to multiple groups
• Removing from groups
• Performing multiple manual provisioning actions

These workflows can save you hours of time provisioning access to employees, but unfortunately do not extend to time-based access, as Lumos does not know how to intelligently remove access that has more advanced provisioning steps.

The Solution

You will soon be able to configure deprovisioning workflows in the AppStore! For any permission you have configured in the AppStore, you’ll be able to define multi-step workflows for deprovisioning, that include the same steps available during provisioning. When time-based access is turned on, we will use the deprovisioning workflow to automatically remove access in a way that aligns with your tech stack.
