The Problem

It’s difficult enough to ensure your joiner and leaver workflows are in order; managing movers (employee type changes, title/role changes) often are put on the back burner. The first problem to tackle mover workflows is ensuring you’re aware of all important employee changes across the organization, and the second is ensuring movers are getting the additional access they need for their new responsibilities while losing the access that’s no longer relevant for their new role.

The Solution

To support the entire employee lifecycle, Lumos will begin by alerting admins based on mover changes across the company, and will then be supporting timely access provisioning & subsequent deprovisioning of access.
