Different organizations have differing needs for how onboarding rules should be constructed. While Lumos admins could previously leverage team, title, department, and groups to configure onboarding rules, we didn’t support the ability to OR attributes together, requiring additional effort to create all the rules to support new hires.
Our Onboarding Rules page is new and improved, allowing for expanded capabilities to OR various attributes together. We’ll soon have support to include custom attributes within Onboarding Rules as well, enabling more flexibility for how you can manage your onboarding rules in Lumos.
